Here at 12 Bar Beef we provide our customers with delicious custom dry aged beef. When you order our beef you can feel the comfort of knowing where your beef comes from, and how it is raised.

All of our cattle are cared for from birth in beautiful Northern California where they are free to roam in open pasture eating the very best forage and feeds. Our cattle is grain finished for 90-180 days and is dry aged for 21+ days. We offer high quality, all natural, antibiotic & hormone free beef that you can feel great about feeding to your family.

With a variety of cuts and shopping options to choose from. You can order by the cut, by the box, and we also offer quarter, half, and whole shares of beef.

OUR STORY

We are the Kramer's, coming from a 5th generation cattle ranch, chasing our dreams, continuing a legacy, and providing a better life for our little family.

We started butchering a few steers a year for ourselves, family and friends. By word of mouth there became more of a demand for our beef. We decided to expand from the cow calf operation from previous generations and 12 Bar Beef was born.
