When you buy beef in bulk it is cost effective, you average +/-$10.50 a Lb. across the board, from your ground beef to your premium steaks, cut, wrapped, and delivered. You are buying premium ranch raised beef that is cared for at the highest standards every step of the way. All of our beef is USDA certified.

If you are interested in a beef share we harvest every 90- 180 days. You will be required to put down a deposit and fill out a cut list to customize your order to reserve your beef share, first come first serve. We deliver from Northern California to the Bay Area, and local pick up available.

Deposit required to hold your beef share and is deducted from total cost.

Whole Beef Share Total: $5,000 - Deposit: $800

Half Beef Share Total: $2,500 - Deposit: $400

Quarter Beef Share Total: $1,250 - Deposit: $200

If you are wantIng a quarter beef wIth customIzed cuts you wIll need to splIt a half wIth someone wantIng the same cuts of beef. If you do not have someone to split the half with, your quarter will be cut as a standard cut with no customizations, per butcher’s request. An overview of the standard cut sheet will be provided to you.
