All of our cattle are cared for from birth in beautiful Northern California where they are free to roam in open pasture eating the very best forage and feeds. Our cattle is grain finished with high quality organic feed and is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days.

With a variety of cuts and shopping options to choose from. You can order by the cut, by the box, and we also offer quarter, half, and whole shares of beef.
