A baseball cut steak is a custom cut not commonly seen at a local grocery store. The baseball cut gets its name from its rounded shape. This cut is lean, similar to filet mignon with an even more robust flavor.
Our baseball cut steaks are cut thick (generally about 2"), they cook wonderfully on the grill while maintaining their tenderness. Baseball cut steaks are best cooked at medium rare because it helps preserve the texture and juice within.
All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. All of our steaks are cut at 1½"-1¾""thickness. Each baseball cut steak is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
