Quarter Beef Share

We would love to fill your freezer with 12 Bar Beef! Currently we are only able to accommodate delivery from the Oregon boarder-the Bay Area of California. We have dates set with our Butcher for May 2026 delivery & October 2026 delivery. We harvest a limited amount of beef so it is first come first serve. 

You can customize a cut sheet to decide what cuts of beef you want, the size of your steaks, and your fat ratio on your ground beef. All of our beef is USDA certified, it will come to you vacuum sealed and individually labeled ready to fill up your freezer and keep your family well fed for months!

A deposit of $250 is due to reserve your beef, and the balance is due before receiving your beef.
