Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast
The chuck roast is cut from the shoulder and neck region. Generally speaking it is a tougher cut of meat, but it doesn't have to be. Similar to a brisket this cut of beef is best cooked low and slow. It is perfect for pot roasts and requires very minimal effort. The dutch oven, insta pot, or crock pot are your best friend for cooking a chuck roast.
If your not in the mood for stew another great option is to slow cook the chuck roast however you prefer and shred the beef for tacos, a delicious and simple dinner staple in our household!
All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Our chuck roasts average 3-4LB. Each chuck roast is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
