The chuck steak is cut from the shoulder of a cow. This steak is typically not found at your local grocery store, it offers the marbling and flavor of a ribeye steak at a more affordable price! Chuck steaks may require a little more prep than more expensive cuts, but the value makes them worth the effort.
A good overnight marinade and slow cooking in the oven helps this cut of beef reach its full potential of flavor and tenderness, if you decide to grill this steak it is best to stay at medium or medium-rare to achieve a tender result.
All of our beef is USDA approved, dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, and cut 1½"-1¾"thickness, each chuck steak is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
