Filet Mignon
The filet mignon is a prized cut of beef and a fan favorite from our customers. It practically melts in your mouth. Filet mignon is cut from the small, narrow end of the tenderloin. This area has few connective tissues and carries no weight, keeping the meat beautifully soft and tender.
We like to keep it simple when cooking our filet mignon, we just add a little salt & pepper and cook it with olive oil or butter in the cast iron. We often serve ours with an herbed sauce, horseradish, or additional butter to enhance its flavor.
All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. All of our filet mignon is cut to 2" thickness. Each filet mignon is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
