Rump roasts are great for an easy crock pot meal you can start in the morning and come back to with minimal effort for dinner. Perfect for pot roasts and and great for hot sandwiches with gravy or BBQ sauce, best sliced thin against the grain to maximize tenderness. If you own a dehydrator or smoker the rump roast is one of our favorite cuts to use when making jerky.
