The sirloin tip roast is a boneless lean cut, it comes from the round, which is located next to the sirloin. A sirloin tip roast is best when slowly cooked to help tenderize the meat and sliced thin. An advantage of this cut is a full boneless surface to caramelize or crust in your smoker or oven to complement the flavor. This roast is perfect for an easy family meal.
All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Our sirloin tip roasts average 3-4LB. Each roast is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
