The tomahawk steak is by far our top seller and for good reason. 12 Bar tomahawks are cut to 2" and our dry aging process gives this steak an amazing flavor. Tomahawks are a grand looking cut and sure to please the eyes and the belly. It is a bone-in ribeye steak that has been trimmed to resemble the shape of a tomahawk, cut from the beef rib. 

Don't let the beauty of this steak intimidate you, it can be easily cooked to perfection on the grill or in the oven. If cooking it on the grill it is  best to sear it first then let it cook slowly over low temperature, a reverse sear also works well on this cut. You can also sear them in a cast iron or heavy skillet over high heat before moving them to the oven to finish cooking. 

All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Each tomahawk steak is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
