Top Sirloin
The top sirloin is a lean steak with bold flavor and is high in protein with little fat. It is cut from the sirloin subprimal. This steak is great in a variety of recipes and is cut at its prime and carefully prepared to lock in its flavor. It is wonderfully versatile giving you a chance to experiment with marinades and sauces and test out various cooking methods to see which style you love best.
All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. All of our steaks are cut at 1½"-1¾"thickness. Each top sirloin steak is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
